Business Manager

We are working with our client to appoint a Business Manager to support the delivery of key regeneration and housing development programmes.

Contract Details:

• Temporary role until June 2025
• Hybrid working 
• Rates: £298.00 per day PAYE / £409.54 per day Umbrella

Responsibilities:

• Support senior leadership and programme teams with business management and strategic coordination
• Analyse performance data and prepare reports for council and external stakeholders
• Oversee compliance and risk frameworks across programmes
• Lead cross-departmental engagement and collaboration
• Provide business support for budgeting, procurement, and decision-making processes

About You:

• Proven experience in business and programme management
• Excellent reporting, data analysis and communication skills
• Ability to work across complex public sector environments
• Experience in housing or regeneration projects is highly desirable
