Our client, a leading G15 Housing Association, is launching a large-scale recruitment campaign for experienced Housing Officers and Property Managers across London.

Role Overview
All positions are offered at Level 3 (top end) and require proven housing or property management experience. We currently have 12 Housing Officer and 5 Property Manager vacancies available.
Contract: Initial 3-month temporary contracts - with strong potential for longer-term extensions
Rates: £22.27 per hour (PAYE) | £29.45 per hour (Umbrella)
Locations: Regional patches across London (North, East, South)| Office base: Kings Cross
Start Dates: From 17th November 2025 onwards
HOUSING OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a designated patch of properties, building strong relationships with residents
- Review rent accounts and address arrears promptly
- Conduct ASB interviews and agree clear action plans
- Manage voids - take back empty properties, advertise, and re-let
- Undertake property inspections (including damp and mould)
- Work closely with contractors and internal teams to resolve repairs efficiently
- Liaise with councils, MPs, and external agencies on resident matters
- Carry out estate inspections and ensure high standards are maintained
PROPERTY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver proactive, customer-focused leasehold and property management services
- Manage service charges - setting budgets, reconciling accounts, and controlling costs
- Provide expert advice and support to leaseholders and shared owners
- Oversee income collection and ensure full compliance
- Lead on resident engagement and consultation, including Section 20 processes
- Collaborate with legal, technical, and finance teams to ensure a seamless service
