Clerk Of Works

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk of Works to join our client, a large housing assocation on a temporary 3 month contract basis initially. 

Contract Details:

• Length: 3 months initially
• Location: Hybrid working (site visits and office)
• Rates: £27.48 PAYE / £36.34 Umbrella

Role Responsibilities:

• Inspect ongoing works to ensure materials and standards meet contract requirements.
• Monitor Health & Safety compliance on site.
• Attend weekly WIP inspections to track progress.
• Provide comprehensive site visit reports with photographic evidence.
• Attend contractor meetings and review payment applications.
• Investigate service complaints and advise on solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Clerk of Works or in a construction inspection role.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, Health & Safety, and contractor management.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
