Description

We’re looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Complaints Lead to join our client’s team.

In this role, you’ll manage resident complaints, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver customer-focused solutions to improve satisfaction.

Key Details:

  • Temporary role for four months
  • Full-time, 35 hours per week
  • Rate: £15.84 ph PAYE (Umbrella rate: TBC)

Your Role:

  • Manage a caseload of resident complaints related to housing issues.
  • Deliver high-quality, stage one complaint responses in line with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.
  • Liaise with complainants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver effective resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and ensure timely updates.
  • Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing customer complaints, preferably within a housing environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
  • Resilience and focus in challenging situations.
