Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Disrepair Liaison Coordinator to join our client’s team.
In this role, you’ll act as the key contact for contractors and internal staff, ensuring effective management of disrepair cases and service performance.
Key Details:
- Temporary role for three months
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Rates: £20.42 ph PAYE / £26.84 ph Umbrella
Your Role:
- Act as the primary contact for contractors, frontline staff, and stakeholders regarding disrepair cases.
- Monitor and report on contractor performance to ensure service specifications are met.
- Collect, analyse, and present data on service performance and KPIs.
- Organise meetings, manage agendas, and take notes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process invoices, raise and receipt purchase orders, and track expenditure.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and financial policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in coordinating housing or property-related services.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement and compliance processes is desirable.
