Housing Companies Tenant Services Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Tenant Services Manager to join our client for a 3-month interim role.

You’ll manage a diverse housing portfolio, delivering high-quality tenancy services from let to re-let.

Key Details:

• Rate: £23.07 PAYE / £29.04 Umbrella
• Contract: Temporary – 3 months
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end tenancy management for council housing company residents
• Resolve tenant issues, carry out audits, and ensure compliance and satisfaction
• Lead rent collection, tenancy sustainment, and property lettings
• Carry out property inspections, health & safety checks, and estate walkabouts
• Engage with residents, stakeholders, and contractors to improve outcomes

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in tenancy or housing management within a local authority or social landlord
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of housing legislation, welfare reform, and benefit entitlements
• Confident in managing arrears, letting processes, and enforcement where necessary
• IT literate and comfortable with remote/mobile working
