Housing Officer (Level 2) – West London Patch
Hybrid working | Immediate start | 6-month contract (ongoing)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer who enjoys being visible in their patch, solving problems proactively and delivering excellent resident experiences.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a West London patch of approximately 190–200 homes, acting as the main point of contact for residents and ensuring estates are safe, well maintained and operating to a high standard. This is a varied, community-focused role combining operational housing management with resident engagement and service improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a patch of around 190–200 properties
- Building strong relationships with residents through a visible and proactive presence
- Managing ASB, safeguarding and tenancy-related issues through to resolution
- Carrying out estate inspections and ensuring health & safety compliance
- Working collaboratively with managing agents, contractors and internal teams
- Managing service charges and communicating transparently with residents
- Driving service improvements and supporting high levels of resident satisfaction
- Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to completion
About you
- Experience in housing management / housing officer role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident handling ASB and complex resident queries
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
- Comfortable managing a busy patch and competing priorities
- Able to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
