Description

We have an exciting opportunity for four enthusiastic and customer-focused Housing Officers to join a well-established Neighbourhood Services team, based at an area housing office on a large and diverse estate in West London. The organisation is a major London local authority landlord with a strong focus on resident engagement, community safety and neighbourhood improvement. You’ll be part of a proactive team delivering high-quality housing management services and making a real difference to residents’ lives.

Key details

  • Location: West London, W12 
  • Contract: Ongoing temp-contract (long term for the right candidates) 
  • Rates: £23.07 per hour PAYE / £29.49 per hour Umbrella
  • Salary: £40,389 per annum

The role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a defined patch of tenancies, leases and licences, delivering a visible, front-line housing management service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an excellent customer-focused service to residents
  • Managing tenancies and leasehold matters from sign-up through to sustainment
  • Investigating and managing anti-social behaviour cases
  • Carrying out estate inspections and neighbourhood walkabouts
  • Completing tenancy verification and compliance checks
  • Supporting wider neighbourhood and estate management activity
  • Working with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues effectively

About you

We are looking for candidates with housing management experience or strong transferable skills who can demonstrate:
