Description

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the lettings process, ensuring quick turnarounds, and delivering high-quality customer service while remaining compliant with internal policies.

Key Details:

  • Temporary hybrid role
  • Full-time, 35 hours per week
  • Rates: £19.49 ph PAYE / £22.99 ph Umbrella

Your Role:

  • Manage the lettings process, handling property listings, enquiries, and tenancy progression.
  • Achieve set targets for rental income, minimising void periods and maximising revenue.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by adhering to the Folio Customer Journey standards.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all lettings activities, following internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Oversee referencing checks and maintain data accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external contractors to streamline operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in lettings, tenancy management, or a similar role within the property sector.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with a target-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of the London lettings market, particularly Build-to-Rent schemes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • ARLA qualification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and housing management systems.
