Maintenance Surveyor

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Surveyor to join our client’s team covering a patch in South London & North Kent.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting properties, managing repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Details:

• Temporary role / Until November 2025 
• Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Rates: £20.88 ph PAYE / £35.00 ph Umbrella

Your Role:

• Conduct property inspections and identify repair and maintenance needs.
• Complex repairs, LDR and LCDM surveys
• Manage contractors and ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare reports and provide technical advice to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively to ensure a high standard of property management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in property inspections and maintenance management.
• Strong understanding of housing legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage contractors and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in IT systems and report writing.
