Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Our client is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Tradesman to carry out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work across their housing properties and council-owned premises.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to improving housing standards in the borough.

Key Details:

• Contract: Until May 2025
• PAYE Rate: £21.18 per hour
• Umbrella Rate: £29.61 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform building repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments.
• Diagnose and resolve repair problems efficiently.
• Work in occupied and void housing properties.
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong carpentry background with multi-trade skills in at least two of the following:
• Plumbing or jetting
• Carpentry or joinery
• Plastering, tiling, paving, bricklaying, painting & decorating
• Roofing
• Floor laying
• Glazing
• Ability to deliver repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
• Experience working in social housing or similar environments.
