Description
We are looking for a Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our client’s housing management team, ensuring high-quality services for residents across East, Mid, and West regions.
Key Details:
- Contract: Temporary
- Salary: £17.80 PAYE / £22.03 UMB per hour
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid
- Location: East / Mid / West Regions
Your Role:
- Manage a patch of properties, ensuring efficient tenancy and leasehold services.
- Conduct estate inspections, ensuring communal areas are well-maintained.
- Handle resident queries and tenancy issues, including anti-social behaviour cases.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to resolve community issues.
- Ensure compliance with housing policies and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous housing management experience.
- Knowledge of tenancy agreements, housing regulations, and best practices.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A full UK driving licence may be required, depending on location.
