Plasterer

We're working with one of the UK’s largest and most respected housing associations – a values-led, not-for-profit organisation with a rich history of providing safe, affordable homes and strong communities. With over 100,000 homes and 250,000+ residents, their mission is built on social impact, not profit.

We are now on the look out for a skilled and customer - focused Plasterer to join their London team on a temporary basis initially with the view for a longer term opportunity. Offering hourly rates to the equivalent of £39,706 per annum + package. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver plastering works in occupied and void homes
• Provide a professional, resident-friendly service
• Ensure all tasks meet quality, compliance and safety standards
• Use PDAs to log and complete jobs in real-time
• Work both independently and as part of the wider maintenance team

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience in plastering
• Experience in housing or social maintenance
• Strong understanding of health & safety in construction
• Good IT and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
