Description
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our client’s Housing service, leading the delivery of key technical and transformation projects within the housing portfolio.
Contract Details:
- Until June 2025 initially
- Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in office/site)
- PAYE: £327.44 per day
- UMB: £450.00 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver a range of housing-related projects from initiation to completion
- Projects may include technical programmes (e.g., installation of wifi-enabled sensors, fire door remedials)
- Support transformation projects and improved governance across Housing Assets, Investments, and Standards
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external contractors
- Ensure delivery aligns with key milestones, budgets, and compliance frameworks
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven project management experience, ideally in a housing or local authority setting
- Strong track record of delivering technical or service transformation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to problem-solve, work autonomously, and manage multiple projects
