We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager (Level 2) to join our client’s team.
This role is crucial for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of compliance and safety.
Key Details:
- Temp-to-Perm opportunity
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Rates: £20.43 ph PAYE / £26.85 ph Umbrella
Your Role:
- Actively listen to and engage with residents, addressing property-related issues promptly.
- Conduct estate inspections to maintain high standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage service charges and budgets, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Resolve complaints and disputes in collaboration with internal teams and contractors.
- Oversee managing agents to ensure obligations are met and costs are justifiable.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain properties and plan improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service experience, preferably within a housing or property management environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of housing policies and legal structures is desirable.
- Qualifications such as IRPM, ARMA, or RICS would be advantageous.
