Property Manager Level 2 (North)

We have a new opportunity for a Property Manager Level 2 to work for our client, a large housing association with offices in Kings Cross & Hammersmith.

This is a temporary opportunity working the Leasehold Team North patch for a minimum of 3 months initially with potential to be extended / become perm for the right candidate paying £20.84 ph PAYE / £27.57ph Umbrella.

This role is based on patch in North London with requirement to report to the office based in Kings Cross.
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high service standards
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance with housing regulations.
• Conduct estate inspections and liaise with contractors and managing agents.
• Handle resident queries, complaints, and tenancy issues.
• Ensure service charge management and financial oversight.

Requirements:

• Experience in property management, housing, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of leasehold management and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
