Property Manager (Level 2, Westminster)

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager Level 2 to join our client on a temporary contract until July 2025, based in Westminster. 

This role involves managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance, handling repairs, and delivering excellent service to residents.

Key Details:

• Contract: Until July 2025
• PAYE Rate: £20.84 per hour
• Umbrella Rate: £27.56 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high service standards.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance with housing regulations.
• Conduct estate inspections and liaise with contractors and managing agents.
• Handle resident queries, complaints, and tenancy issues.
• Ensure service charge management and financial oversight.

Requirements:

• Experience in property management, housing, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of leasehold management and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
