Repairs Inspector

We’re looking for an experienced Repairs Inspector (Level 2) to join our client, a leading housing organisation, on a contract until September 2025.

Key Details:

• Location: Covering London, Hertfordshire, and Essex (Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office, rest on-site)
• Rate: £23.92 PAYE / £31.44 Umbrella per hour
• Contract Length: Until September 2025

Responsibilities:

• Managing works in progress to completion
• Conducting mid-point and post-inspections
• Producing final quality reports
• Reporting to the Complex Project Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in repairs and maintenance within a social housing setting
• Strong report writing skills
• Experience working with contractors
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
