Repairs Planner
Location: Kings Cross, London
Pay: £28.56 per hour Umbrella
Contract: Temporary Contract
Hybrid: Full-time Office Based (potential for 1 day working from home depending on business needs)
We’re currently working with one of London’s leading housing associations within the G15 group to recruit an experienced Repairs Planner to join their busy responsive repairs team on a temporary basis.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring repairs and maintenance works are scheduled efficiently, residents are kept informed, and operatives’ diaries are effectively managed to deliver a high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling responsive repairs, voids and maintenance appointments
- Managing operatives’ diaries to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Acting as a main point of contact for residents and contractors
- Handling incoming repair requests via phone and email
- Updating internal systems accurately with repair information and notes
- Liaising with surveyors, contractors and internal teams to resolve scheduling issues
- Ensuring excellent customer service is maintained at all times
About You
- Previous experience within repairs planning, scheduling or housing maintenance
- Experience working within social housing or property maintenance environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a high-volume, fast-paced team
- Confident using housing or scheduling systems
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving
