What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and manage effective subcontractor relationships, from onboarding to day-to-day scheduling
- Track and analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee compliance for asbestos, scaffolding, and fire risk works
- Lead monthly reviews of health & safety, SLAs, and commercial KPIs
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline collaboration
- Support team leadership and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in social housing repairs and/or voids management
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and other IT systems
- Leadership and team management skills – you know how to bring out the best in people
- A proven track record of driving service quality and contractor performance
