Talent Acquisition Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our client on a fixed-term contract for 15 weeks.

This role involves supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers.

Key Details:

• Contract: Fixed-term, 15 weeks
• Salary: £38,000 per annum (pro rata)
• Location: Hybrid working

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Develop innovative talent attraction strategies
• Source candidates proactively and manage third-party agency relationships
• Oversee interview and selection processes
• Deliver offers and support onboarding for a seamless candidate experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth organisation
