  • The hunt is on. We never stop looking for the right person. They're out there and we'll find them. We always do. We're like matchmakers. There's a lid for every pot. Tech works to a point. We work till our fingers bleed.
Step 4

No-one Expects the Spanish Inquisition

  • The directors see every single application and suitable candidates get a detailed opportunity brief. We'll schedule an interview, face-to-face or on video, and if you're successful, you'll get properly compliance checked. And we'll always notify unsuitable candidates

The Offering

  • We don't pick the first to apply or the loudest shouters. We pick the best for every shortlist. We send you a tip-top CV and relevant supporting statements. You'll know when they're available for interview If you want to delve a little deeper into the shortlist, ask and ye shall find.

The Appointment

  • It's nerve-wracking for all parties but we'll stage-manage a slick, quick process. We'll do it all, including feedback, tricky negotiations, offer and acceptance, compliance and booking and finally start dates, payroll and actual after-care service
