Salary: £17,500 P/A with yearly reviews
Working from their luxurious offices in Watford, our client is a marketing company who specialise in client generation for portrait photographers. Established for over 20 years, they are not only market leaders in this field, but are also a trusted name in the photographic industry.
The administration role would include;
Adding and removing members as they join and leave our group
Managing the financial accounts of members
Setting up Direct Debit instructions for members
Allocating data to members on a weekly basis using our bespoke membership software
Taking payments and chasing outstanding payments from members
Liaising with our data suppliers with regards to our data requests
Invoicing and filing
Answering basic questions from members and passing while more complex questions to the sales team
Administration and or account management experience would be needed, in addition to one month’s full training being given.
