We are currently recruiting for an Estate Administrator for a temporary role based in Woodberry Down.
This is a temporary hybrid role, for 3 months initially with the potential to become permanent.
The pay rates for this role are £15.16 PAYE and £19.93 Umbrella.
The Estate Administrator role involves providing essential support to the estate services team and ensuring residents’ enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
– Serving as the primary contact for residents
– Handling low-level anti-social behaviour
– Responding to emergencies
– Coordinating contractor visits
– Assisting with communal repairs
– Maintaining accurate data records.
The role requires experience in a customer-focused environment, strong organisational skills, good communication abilities, and intermediate IT skills.
The position also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety and financial regulations and requires a basic criminal record check.
