We are currently recruiting for an excellent Permanent opportunity in North West London as a Planned Works Surveyor.

We are looking for an energetic surveyor that is excited by the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and able to deliver a range of planned works projects for our client. The surveyor will join a team of 2 other surveyors and will be supported by a planned works manager.

The surveyor will work in our Asset management division which manages all property maintenance matters for our client.

The surveyor will deliver projects ranging from traditional component renewals such as kitchens and bathrooms to complex building pathology, defect rectification and improvement projects. This will involve coordination with internal teams, consultants, managing resident queries, writing and reviewing specifications, quality assurance of works on site and managing project budgets.

We employ a team of experienced consultants to offer specialist support as needed.

We are ideally looking for a surveyor experienced in planned works and social housing. We will consider surveyors from other backgrounds however will require them to demonstrate knowledge and the ability to operate in our environment.
