Job Title: Quality Manager – Asset Fire remediation
1 Role Purpose Provide on-site monitoring of a variety of new build, construction and remediation projects.
Ensure full compliance with specification and quality thresholds through the maintenance of detailed and accurate records.
Liaising with the Fire remediation manager in all project delivery Inspection and delivery of all planned projects and contracts
Effectively and efficiently lead and manage projects through building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
Providing technical advice and feedback to the project team as appropriate.
Provide technical advice and support as required to the Project design team.
Collate full information packs for all projects allocated, including photos of ongoing works. Create strong links with Asset Management, Housing Management, Development and site
based team colleagues to provide seamless service delivery.
