Due to expansion, our client is looking for an experienced negotiator wanting to step up to a senior position role and experience working for an independent and modern company based in the heart of Bayswater.
A track record in property in London.
Outstanding communication skills in person and in writing

Assisting in team management
An uncapped commission structure
Exciting incentives / company drinks/dinners
Assisting with team management – checking daily and weekly targets for negotiators
Arranging and carrying out property valuations.
Making sure the team is following the daily schedule.
Help with negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
Communicate with landlords with regards to marketing and viewing feedback.
Supporting negotiators when required.
Provide practical solutions to landlords with regards to achieving a prompt let.
Generate new and repeat business.
Canvassing / seeking new business opportunities including targeting competitors, identifying new business opportunities and maximizing them.
Ensure offers are accepted, all terms agreed and all application forms and terms of business are completed in full by prospective tenants and landlords.
Progress transactions accurately and efficiently.
Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first-class level of customer service at all times.
From time to time perform duties outside of this job description reasonably requested of you.
Generate quality leads and referrals ensuring they are dynamically followed up and converted.
Have an in-depth understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitors.
Motivating and supporting others to achieve their targets in a challenging and exciting environment
Ensuring that all the applicants are fully serviced and registered.
Ensuring that all financial targets are met on a monthly basis.
Managing customer feedback effectively, reviewing that feedback and ensuring we are driving our service levels higher and higher.
Pro-actively managing, maintaining and developing relationships with both Landlords and Tenants.
Pro-actively ensuring that all written communications adhere to relevant legislation.
Updating clients on the marketing of their property.

Basic – 15k-18k DOE
Working Hours – Mon-Friday 8:30-6:30 , Saturday 10:00am – 3:00pm only 1 Saturday per month.
