With approximately 300 staff at this location is is a really comfortable sized organisation to stand our alongside having the support and expertise around you to develop.
The client is looking for an experienced Income Officer within the home ownership department.
The main function of the role is to take a lead in managing homeownership accounts ensuring payments are received in accordance with liabilities.
This covers a number of different homeownership schemes which could include schemes such as Shared Ownership, My Choice Homebuy, Rent to Homebuy and Freehold accounts. Provide monthly management information on progress relating to arrears. Identify differences in lease terms relating to the payment of rent and service charges.
