Liquid are really happy to be able to offer this excellent opportunity to work for one of London's largest provider of residential property. They are an award-winning organisation that also manager approximately 10,000 properties.
This particular post will start as a temporary post however they will be looking to make it a permanent appointment 3-6 months later.
The role is a Service Charge and Rent Anaylst and as the title suggests, requires someone with an analytical mind and who has experience on calculating and constructing financial data on order to determine the correct level of service charge and rents for a variety of property types.
The other side of this post is that yous will be communication with a large variets of homw owners in order to agree these rents and ensure that everything is set up correctly in order for payment. So as well as being somoen with excellent accurracy and stromg excel skills, you must also be personable and have a genuine understanding of customer care and support.
The ideal candidate would be someone really interested in a career within property or property management as it gives you great experience in the processes needed in this industry but also someone that has a very good head for numbers, perhaps a graduate in Business or Finance who has worked in an office before but is looking for something to get their teeth stuck into and start a career in a really exciting and interesting industry – Or this could suit someone that that has had expedience in accounting, finance or property inthe past.
