Health, Safety & Fire Trainer (NEBOSH) £50k package including Car Allowance | London + Hybrid

This is a genuinely standout opportunity.

You’ll be joining a highly regarded, well-established building safety and property risk consultancy that’s growing fast, investing properly, and putting real weight behind its training function.
They’ve built a strong reputation across housing, commercial and complex property environments, and their training offer is now a key part of that growth. This isn’t an add-on. It’s a priority.

The Role You’ll be at the heart of delivering and shaping high-quality health, safety and fire training across a wide range of clients. There’s real variety here. Different audiences, different environments, and the chance to influence how organisations approach safety day to day.

You’ll be

• Delivering NEBOSH and wider H&S / Fire training
• Developing and refining training materials to keep them sharp and relevant
• Supporting training accreditations and standards
• Providing practical health, safety and fire advice to clients
• Contributing to the continued growth of the training function
• Working closely with internal teams across projects and operations

You’ll split your time between home, London, and client sites, keeping things varied and engaging.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering NEBOSH training
• NEBOSH General Certificate (Fire qualification highly beneficial)
• Training qualification such as AET, PTLLS or Train the Trainer
• IOSH membership or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and fire, with the ability to explain it clearly
• Confident delivering to a range of audiences
• Happy commuting into London a few days a week
First Aid training experience is a bonus, with support available to gain this if needed.

What You’ll Get

• £45,000 salary
• £5,100 car allowance
• Expenses covered for travel and overnight stays where required
• Investment in your development, including further qualifications
• A clear opportunity to grow with an expanding training function
• Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects

Why This Role

This is one of those roles that gives you both stability and progression.
You’re joining a business that’s already respected in its space, but still growing, which means opportunity. The training function is expanding, the work is varied, and you’ll have the backing to develop your career properly.

If you’re delivering NEBOSH training now and want something with more scope, more variety, and more long-term potential, this is a strong move
