Service Charge Analyst

We’re recruiting for a Service Charge Analyst at a leading housing organisation, supporting the accurate management and collection of service charges across leasehold and shared ownership properties.

Role details:

• Rate: £28.20 per hour via Umbrella
• Location: London NW1 | Hybrid – 1 day office, 4 days remote
• Contract: Initial 3 months FTC, ongoing thereafter
• Office: London NW1

Key responsibilities:

• Calculate and issue accurate service and property charges
• Ensure charges comply with legislation and lease terms
• Resolve complex customer queries and formal complaints
• Prepare income and expenditure accounts for external audit
• Ensure accurate sinking fund information and financial records
• Maximise cost capture and support effective charge collection

You’ll join a collaborative, customer-focused team helping ensure accurate and compliant property charges for residents.
