This is a fantastic opportunity to join their commercial Heating & Water Operations team, playing a vital role in the delivery of essential heating, water and gas safety services across their portfolio.
Location: King’s Cross, London – Hybrid
Contract: 1-year initial contract (ASAP start)
Rate: £22.27 per hour PAYE / £29.45 per hour Umbrella
The Role
As a Contract Delivery Officer, you’ll support the Heat Network Strategy Manager in ensuring ESCO partners and consultants deliver high-quality, compliant and reliable services. This will include managing day-to-day contract performance, monitoring KPIs, and acting as the key point of contact for heat network and portfolio-sale related enquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing ESCO and contractor relationships to ensure services are delivered to contract.
- Acting as the bridge between internal teams, stakeholders and external providers.
- Ensuring heat network and portfolio sale enquiries are completed on time.
- Supporting consultants and solicitors with access to all required legal documents.
- Leading scheduled contract review meetings, scrutinising KPIs, performance and H&S compliance.
- Managing complaints and queries within policy timelines.
- Ensuring services deliver value for money and meet budget expectations.
- Providing deputising support for the Heat Network Strategy Manager when needed.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Analytical, confident using data and strong with Excel and Microsoft packages.
- A strong communicator, capable of building relationships across contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Experienced in contract management, service delivery or a similar operational environment.
- Customer-focused, proactive and committed to high-quality service.
