Job Title: Damp & Mold Lead (Temp, Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid – Home, Office & Site-Based
Salary: £16.23 per hour
Contract Length: 6 months
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Damp & Mold Lead for a temporary, hybrid position. This role involves overseeing damp and mold investigations, coordinating remedial works, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead inspections and investigations into damp and mold issues.
- Develop action plans and specifications for remedial works.
- Oversee contractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of findings and actions.
- Advise teams and stakeholders on best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and housing regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in damp and mold management or a similar building/environmental role.
- Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites/projects.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred.
