Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Damp & Mould Service coordinator to support the effective delivery of damp and mould services across our clients borough. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the post holder will be accountable for driving continuous improvement, embedding lessons learned from operational delivery into daily practice, and supporting the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across contractual and corporate frameworks.

This role provides vital administrative and coordination support to the Damp & Mould team and requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence engaging with residents and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement in the delivery of damp and mould works
- Embed learning from operational activity into day-to-day service delivery
- Allocate, monitor and report on written and electronic correspondence
- Track and report performance against agreed KPIs
- Provide administrative support across the Damp & Mould service
- Represent the Council at resident engagement meetings, providing updates and responding to scrutiny
- Ensure transparent, timely and effective communication with residents
- Work collaboratively with contractors, service providers and internal teams, adopting a strong “One Team” approach to resolve repair issues and deliver integrated housing services
About You
- Experience in a coordination, administrative or housing-related role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working with performance data, monitoring and reporting
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
Contract & Pay
- Contract: Temporary – 6 weeks initially
- Location: West London / Hybrid
- Rate: £21.52 per hour PAYE / £27.48 per hour Umbrella
