They are now seeking a proactive Disrepair Liaison Co-ordinator to support their Disrepair Lead and play a key role in ensuring a consistent, compliant and customer-focused disrepair service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for contractors, frontline staff and stakeholders regarding all disrepair queries.
- Logging, triaging and escalating enquiries to ensure swift and accurate resolution.
- Supporting performance reporting, KPI monitoring and compiling clear, user-friendly data for internal audiences.
- Raising, receipting and monitoring purchase orders, ensuring spend is tracked and invoices are processed correctly.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and providing wider administrative support to the team.
- Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring service levels meet contractual and organisational expectations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Providing cover and support across the wider team when required.
About You
- Strong administrative and coordination experience, ideally within housing, repairs, maintenance or contractor-facing environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with contractors, internal teams and residents.
- Good data handling skills with experience using Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise workload effectively.
- Customer-focused, solution-driven and comfortable managing multiple streams of information.
