About the Role
A great opportunity to join a large, resident-focused housing provider committed to delivering safe, well-maintained homes and excellent service. You’ll support residents across London, taking responsibility for viewings, lettings, debt collection, and void management while ensuring communities receive a responsive and professional service.
Key Details
- Contract: Ongoing Temporary (Min. 6 Months)
- Pay: £19.50 PAYE | £25.78 Umbrella
- Working Pattern: 2 days office / 3 days on patch
- Hours: 9am–5pm (Evening viewings required – TOIL provided)
Key Duties
- Conduct viewings, lettings, tenancy sign-ups and manage voids
- Carry out visits across London, maintaining a strong on-patch presence
- Support residents with tenancy issues and provide excellent customer service
- Handle arrears conversations and debt management
- Complete estate inspections, ensuring repairs, safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Work collaboratively with contractors, repairs teams and internal colleagues
- Communicate clearly with residents and take ownership of resolving issues
About You
- Strong customer service skills (ideally in housing)
- Confident communicator with resilience and problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently, manage visits, and build effective relationships
- Good IT, organisational and investigative skills
- Previous housing experience desirable
