This influential HR Business Partner role will see you working closely with senior leaders to drive forward key people initiatives across the business. With the clients interview availability confirmed for 16th, 17th and 18th December, we are now shortlisting immediately.
The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal part in supporting organisational effectiveness through:
- Strategic workforce planning & organisational design
- Culture, inclusion & engagement initiatives
- Talent, leadership & performance strategies
- Using people data to identify trends and inform decisions
- Leading and co-leading people-focused projects and workshops
- Advising on complex HR, legal and employee relations matters
- Coaching leaders and challenging thinking to improve business outcomes
You’ll act as a trusted partner, a critical friend, and a proactive solution-driver within a dynamic and evolving organisation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a strong HR partner with:
- Significant experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Proven senior stakeholder management capability
- A commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
- Experience in workforce planning and transformation projects
- Strong analytical, coaching and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of complex ER matters, including ACAS/ET cases
- CIPD (Assoc/MCI) or equivalent experience (desirable)
Location & Working Pattern
- Office: Kings Cross, London (Short walk from Kings Cross station / parking around)
- Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am–5pm
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office (subject to business needs), 2 days from home
Please note: the organisation is closed 24 Dec – 2 Jan, hence the January start date.

Additional Information
Rates: £29.44 per hour PAYE / £38.98 per hour Umbrella
Contract: 5th or 12th January 2026 start – Contract to March 2026 initially
