- Liaise with voids teams to ensure homes are ready to let and snagging is completed
- Oversee land registry lease plan commissioning
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and compliance checks
- Provide updates for internal reporting and governance
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the lettings process
What You’ll Need:
- Background in housing association lettings and/or private sector lettings/agency
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage a busy, varied caseload
- Excellent communication and customer-focused approach
- Confidence in problem-solving and working autonomously
- Attention to detail and understanding of lettings compliance/nominations processes
Who This Would Suit:
Someone motivated, organised, and energetic - not looking for a standard, repetitive lettings role, but one where they can genuinely drive outcomes and shape the lettings experience across a high-profile portfolio.
