Your impact in the role
As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you’ll take full ownership of a local patch of approximately 500–600 homes, acting as the primary relationship holder for residents and stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering a consistent, reliable and resident-focused housing management service
- Building strong, trusted relationships with residents and local partners
- Improving resident satisfaction and tackling issues head-on
- Supporting the wider Housing Management team to deliver high standards across the patch
- Managing a varied and sometimes complex caseload, while keeping promises and meeting deadlines
What we’re looking for
- Has demonstrable experience in a similar neighbourhood or housing management role
- Is confident building relationships with a diverse customer base
- Brings a can-do, solutions-focused mindset with real grit and determination
- Isn’t afraid to challenge and push boundaries to achieve the best outcomes for residents
- Has excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Holds a full UK driving licence with access to a car for work use

Contract: 3-month temp-contract | Ongoing thereafter
Location: East London, 60% - 80% work from home
Pay: Equivalent to £35,951 per annum
