The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly refreshed Housing Management service as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, supporting residents across South East London and Kent.
- Reporting Office: Lewisham (SE13)
- Working Patch: South East London & Kent
- Contract: Initial 3 month temp-contract (ongoing)
- Rates: Approx. £35,951 per annum
- Persona: Agile Working (60% - 80% remote working)

Your Impact in the Role
As the Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will:
- Support the Housing Management team to deliver a consistent, reliable, resident-focused service.
- Improve resident satisfaction and build trust across your neighbourhood patches.
- Act as the primary relationship holder for residents across your area (patches typically cover 500–600 homes aligned to local authority boundaries).
- Help ensure residents feel safe, supported, and happy in their homes.

- Stakeholder management experience and the ability to navigate complex cases.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar housing or neighbourhood management role.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
