Neighbourhood Housing Lead – East London (Stratford / Newham Patch)
Hybrid (60-80% Remote) | Mon–Fri, 9–5 | (c. £37.4k - £39k) | 3-month temp-contract

I’m working with a leading G15 housing association on an opportunity within their newly revamped Housing Management team. This is a great role for someone who thrives on being out on patch, building strong relationships with residents, and delivering a high-quality, consistent service.

The Role:

• Managing a patch of approx. 500–600 homes across East London
• Acting as the main point of contact for residents
• Driving improvements in resident satisfaction and trust
• Supporting the delivery of a reliable and consistent housing service
• Working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders

• Experience in a similar housing / neighbourhood role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
• Full UK driving licence + access to a car
