We’re currently recruiting for a Repairs Delivery Team Co-ordinator on behalf of a large, well-respected London housing provider. They manage a significant portfolio of homes and are known for delivering safe, well-maintained properties and a customer-first approach to resident services.

Rates: £20.83 per hour (PAYE) | £27.54 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: Hammersmith (Hybrid – 2–3 days WFH)
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Contract (4-month minimum)

The Role

As the Repairs Delivery Team Co-ordinator, you will provide key administrative and operational support within the busy Repairs Delivery team. You’ll help ensure contractors are performing well, repairs are completed on time, and residents receive a high-quality, responsive service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the Repairs Delivery team.
  • Assist with budget monitoring, raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Maintain and update internal repairs and property management systems.
  • Support monitoring of contractor performance and help ensure KPIs are met.
  • Prepare reports, extract repairs data and provide performance insights.
  • Assist Inspectors, Officers and Senior Managers in meeting repair and compliance targets.
  • Attend contractor meetings, prepare agendas and write minutes.
  • Identify potential issues in repairs delivery and escalate where required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to improve service quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in repairs, property services, contract management or a similar coordinator role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
  • Customer-focused approach and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
