The business is values-led, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, compliant services - particularly within service charges, major works, and leaseholder engagement. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident managing statutory notices, calculations, and complex stakeholder queries within a fast-paced housing environment.

You’ll work closely with property, finance, and managing agent teams, ensuring leaseholders are consulted correctly and that major works recharges are calculated and issued in line with legislation.

  • Calculating and issuing statutory notices within required timeframes
  • Supporting property management and managing agent teams on all S20-related matters
  • Responding to leaseholder observations, solicitor enquiries, and resale queries
  • Attending stakeholder and resident meetings related to consultation and delivery of works
  • Liaising with internal teams, auditors, and external bodies to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Supporting the preparation of performance reports and management information
  • Assisting with complaints, Ombudsman enquiries, MP correspondence, and legal cases
  • Supporting dispensation applications and attending Tribunal or Court where required

What we’re looking for

  • Strong working knowledge of Section 20 and Section 20B consultation requirements
  • Solid understanding of service charges, major works, and landlord & tenant legislation
  • Experience calculating major works costs and issuing statutory notices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence handling leaseholder queries and complaints
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working with property management systems, CRM tools, and MS Office
