About the role
We’re working with one of the UK’s largest and most respected housing associations – a G15 organisation with a strong social purpose and a long-standing commitment to creating thriving communities.
They’re now looking for a highly organised, proactive Stakeholder Coordinator to join their Business Development Team on a temporary basis, covering a period of sickness. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal coordination role, working closely with senior leaders and teams across Housing Management to ensure services are well-managed, compliant, and clearly communicated.

Location: London, East (Stratford)
Contract: 6-month FTC (sickness cover)
Working Style: Hybrid (60% - 80% work from home)
Salary: £32,881 - £36,069 per annum (temp equivalent will be applied

What you’ll be doing
You’ll act as a central point of coordination, supporting the delivery of key Housing Operations objectives and ensuring high standards of service are maintained. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Heads of Service with priorities such as fire safety, compliance and continuous improvement
- Responding to resident and colleague enquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
- Coordinating and monitoring bulk waste removals, ensuring works meet agreed standards
- Managing estate-related contracts to ensure compliance, value for money and timely delivery
- Administering parking-related processes, including permits, fobs and liaison with residents and contractors
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data quality within D365 and associated systems
- Supporting compliance monitoring through data extraction, analysis and reporting
- Coordinating meetings, managing inboxes and handling stakeholder correspondence
What we’re looking for
- A highly organised and flexible individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative and coordination experience, ideally within a housing or public service environment
- Confident acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to manage sensitive enquiries professionally
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities to tight deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and confidence working with systems and data
- A natural relationship-builder who can work effectively with colleagues, residents and contractors
