Tenancy Specialists (x2) – North London (Hybrid)
£26.24 per hour Umbrella | Ongoing Temporary Contract
We are partnering with a leading G15 Housing Association - one of London’s largest groups of housing providers - to recruit 2 experienced Tenancy Specialists to support complex case management across tenancy enforcement, anti-social behaviour and fraud investigations.

The Role
You will manage complex tenancy cases, working closely with operational housing teams and external partners to ensure proportionate, legally compliant and effective enforcement action.
Key focus areas include:
- Managing complex tenancy fraud, subletting and Right to Buy fraud cases
- Leading on anti-social behaviour (ASB) investigations and enforcement action
- Preparing and managing legal files for tenancy enforcement cases
- Representing the organisation in court proceedings where required
- Working collaboratively with Neighbourhood Officers, Police and partner agencies
- Supporting complex tenancy matters such as successions and end of tenancy reviews
- Ensuring investigations are evidence-led and compliant with relevant legislation
About You
We are looking for experienced housing professionals who can confidently manage complex investigations and enforcement cases.
You will bring:
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management legislation, ASB and fraud
- Experience handling complex casework with positive outcomes
- Confidence preparing legal documentation and working with solicitors
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external agencies
- Resilience and a solutions-focused mindset
