We are working with a leading G15 housing organisation - one of the largest and most established housing providers in London – to recruit an experienced Administrative Team Leader to support the delivery of key repairs and compliance outputs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident coordinator or team leader who thrives on performance monitoring, reporting, and driving service delivery standards within a busy housing environment.

The Role

You will lead a small administrative function responsible for managing and monitoring repair jobs logged via Workwise, ensuring work is progressed and closed within agreed SLAs. Using Power BI reports, you’ll track performance, analyse trends, and ensure accurate reporting across the team.

You will play a key role in supporting compliance-related outputs, including emergency repair reporting aligned to Awaab’s Law, and monitoring the closure of Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) assigned to contractors.

This is a hands-on leadership role where attention to detail, organisation, and confidence working with data are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative outputs relating to repairs logged on Workwise
  • Monitor team performance using Power BI reports, ensuring jobs are closed within SLA
  • Track and report on repair closure statistics and turnaround times
  • Support reporting requirements relating to Awaab’s Law emergency repairs
  • Assist with monitoring the closure of Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) assigned to contractors
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Administrators and Team Coordinators
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and performance records
  • Support additional administrative and reporting tasks as the role evolves

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administration team leader / senior coordinator role
  • Experience working within social housing, repairs, property services, or compliance is highly desirable
  • Strong experience using Excel and reporting tools (Power BI desirable)
  • Ability to manage workloads and ensure SLA targets are met
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
