Contract: 12 month FTC
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm)
Working Pattern: Primarily office-based with some flexibility

If you’re in block management and feel like you’re stuck doing the same thing on repeat, this is the role that actually moves you forward.
We’re working with a well-established and growing property management business that takes development seriously. You won’t just be “supporting” forever here. You’ll be trained properly, given responsibility early, and positioned to step up into a full Property Manager role.
They manage a varied residential portfolio and are known for delivering a genuinely high standard of service. That means you’ll learn how to do this job properly, not just tick boxes and firefight complaints.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll support the day-to-day management of residential leasehold blocks, working alongside experienced Property Managers who know their stuff.
• Managing resident and client queries without hiding behind email chains
• Assisting with service charge budgets and financial admin
• Coordinating contractors and keeping works moving
• Supporting Section 20 consultations and major works
• Carrying out site inspections and attending meetings
• Ensuring compliance with leases, legislation, and health & safety
• Preparing reports, letters, and leasehold packs
It’s hands-on, varied, and you’ll actually see the impact of your work.

What they’re looking for
• Experience in block or leasehold property management
• Understanding of landlord and tenant legislation
• Strong communication skills without sounding robotic
• Organised and able to handle multiple priorities
• Solid IT skills across Microsoft Office and property systems
Nice to have but not essential:
• Service charge and major works exposure
• IRPM qualification or working towards

What you’ll get in return
• Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
• Proper training and structured development
• Clear path to Property Manager level
• Supportive team environment that actually shares knowledge
• Exposure to a varied, interesting portfolio
• Stability with a growing, well-run business
