Business Analyst

We’re recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst with a leading London housing association, supporting transformation and service improvements for residents.

Key details

• Rate: £64.29–£71.43ph Umbrella (£450–£500/day)
• Location: King’s Cross, London | Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite
• Contract: 4-month assignment
• Required: 5+ years’ BA experience with recent Awaab’s Law / Damp & Mould experience

The role
Work closely with project managers, stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve business processes
• Gather and prioritise requirements
• Produce user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead testing and quality assurance
• Support training and BAU handovers
• Manage key project/programme workstreams
