We’re currently partnering with one of the G15’s leading housing organisations to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their Operations team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a resident-focused organisation that manages some of London’s most diverse and vibrant communities.

The G15 represents London’s largest housing associations, providing homes for hundreds of thousands of residents across the capital. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a high-profile and community-driven housing environment.

As Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a mixed residential portfolio across West London, acting as the key point of contact for residents, managing agents, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for delivering an excellent resident experience while ensuring homes and estates are safe, compliant, and well managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a residential portfolio and acting as the main point of contact for residents
  • Handling property-related queries, complaints, and resident issues through to resolution
  • Carrying out estate inspections and ensuring health & safety compliance
  • Managing service charges, budgets, and leasehold matters
  • Working closely with contractors and managing agents to maintain service standards
  • Investigating ASB and safeguarding concerns where required
  • Building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders to improve customer experience
  • Collaborating with repairs and maintenance teams to deliver improvements across estates

We’re Looking For

  • Previous housing or property management experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience managing resident relationships and resolving complex issues
  • Knowledge of service charges, leasehold, or estate management
  • Ability to manage a busy patch independently and prioritise workload effectively
  • Confident working with contractors, managing agents, and internal teams
  • Strong investigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • IRPM, ARMA, or RICS qualifications would be advantageous
