Health and Safety Adviser

We're recruiting for a Health & Safety Adviser to join a well-established organisation, helping to build a strong culture of safety and wellbeing across the business.

• Pay rate: £26.03 PAYE / £34.42 Umbrella
• Location & working pattern: Central London, Hybrid (minimum 2 office days per week, Wednesdays mandatory)
• Contract length: 6–9 months, starting ASAP, with potential extension

Key responsibilities:

• Provide practical health & safety advice to managers and staff
• Support accident and incident investigations
• Conduct H&S inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Lead on RIDDOR and Mandatory Occurrence Reporting processes
• Develop and update H&S policies, procedures and guidance
• Deliver H&S training, communications and compliance initiatives
